I usually will mix it with water, but it doesn't seem to dissolve easily. This time, I emptied the contents onto a spoon and pour directly into mouth. This works better for me (in my opinion). Though it doesn't contain any added sugar, it does taste slightly sweet. That's because I consume it directly. If mixed with water/juices, it is almost tasteless.
