In this post, I will be reviewing Cyber Colors Aqua-Base Pudding Foundation SPF20 PA++ (an ultra creamy foundation formulated with valuable gemstone powders) and... do join the giveaway contest (details at end of post!).
This aqua foundation provides good coverage with a radiant satin finish. Thanks to its special elastic water gel system that facilitates water retention, it hydrates and refreshes skin in a natural healthy way.
Available in 3 shades: 01 Ivory, 02 Natural, 03 Natural Tan
It consists of powder extracts from seven precious gems - pearl, ruby, diamond, coral, tourmaline, amethyst, jade!
By the way, this foundation contains fragrance, which smells pleasant to me. Oh, and it is made in Korea! I love "made in Korea" beauty products ❤
Looks very creamy, just like pudding right? :D
For hygiene purpose, it comes with a spatula to scoop out the foundation. Do not use your fingers!
I've another one in 02 Natural, bought some time ago. So, here are the swatches.
02 Natural is slightly dark on me (with pink undertones), while 01 Ivory is lighter (with yellow undertones). The former is suitable for medium skin tone, while the latter is more suitable for fair skin tones I am a fair medium (MAC NC20).
To apply, you just need to use fingertips or sponge (I prefer fingertips). Then, spread and smooth the foundation outwards until it is evenly blended into skin. You can layer the foundation on areas that need more coverage. The last step will be to set the foundation with loose/pressed powder.
Here's half of my face with the 01 Ivory shade. See how it evens out my skin tone, with 85% of my imperfections masked. The coverage is so good! Almost full coverage I would say.
As 01 Ivory is kinda light on me, I warm up the skin tone using 02 Natural.
Cyber Colors Aqua-Base Pudding Foundation SPF20 PA++ has a creamy and slightly thick texture. However, I find it easy to apply and spread out on the skin. It evens out my skintone well and leaves a nice dewy satin finish. It feels slightly more hydrating than other foundations - not sticky or greasy. It last about 4 hours on me before it starts to wear off. The oil-control aspect is average, as my face turns greasy after around 3 hours or so.
It contains only SPF20 PA++. So, if you need to stay outdoors for long, just apply a sunblock with higher SPF prior applying the foundation (:
Bottomline, I really enjoy using this foundation for making my complexion look almost flawless!
