Where was I?

In JB with bro, sometime ago. And, we settled our 1st meal-of-the-day at Nando's. BAD BAD decision, indeed.

Ah xin, my bro.

He ordered Angry Mango Burger with 2 sidelines (Coleslaw & Peri Potato Salad) @ RM 19.90. SGD 11.90.

Me ordered 1/4 Chicken with 2 sidelines (Peri Chips & Peri Potato Salad) @ RM 15.25. SGD 14.90!!

We didn't really like the Extra Hot & Hot sauces.

The Garlic sauce tasted weird somehow. Me surprisingly love the Tomato sauce. Hmm......

The Kim Gary next-door was literally full-house.

Tee and jeans with minimal makeup. So casual. My bro say I look like aunty. :/

His Hot Mocha @ RM 8.90, which tasted ordinary. SGD 5.50.

The chicken & fries were good, but not fantastic. The potato salad was ok, but I still prefer Aston's anytime.

Me love the mango bits and the bun. Yes, the bun. The chicken portion was too small and tasted so-so.

Coleslaw was BLAH.

It was not as juicy and tasty as I thought coz I had high expectations? Everyone was raving about how awesome it taste. Disappointment was what I got in the end. The $ spent could easily buy me better cheaper food in M'sia seriously. I wonder how the Nando's in Sg fare? NO, I ain't gonna try. Unless it's REALLY THAT AWESOME.

In-between, we went to walk walk here & there. Had a Thai body massage as well. I didn't haul much. Just a striped GAP shirt and Solocare lens solution. It was a different story when I reached Sg as that day was Watson's Members' Sale Day and I spent abt $100ish. The 1-for-1 deal was too good to be missed!

Ok back to JB. We had dinner at this random place selling Malay food. Initially, we thought of going to the usual Old Town White Coffee. Food there was not bad I would say.

Me had Iced White Coffee Tarik. Sedap!

Assam Laksa. The smell was very strong but tasty nevertheless.

Woohoo half a dozen! I tried every single one of 'em by cutting them in 3 parts :p No favorites though, I still prefer the fully chocolatey one! *slurps*

My favorite place for oishi sushi! Itacho Sushi! This time, we went to the newly opened Plaza Singapura outlet. We queued for quite awhile coz seats for 2 were more readily available.

Crabstick sushi & that's raw octopus (?) sushi..

This is very oishi! Mango roll or something? Hmm..

WOOHOO!~ Check out the no. of salmon sushi-s we ordered!

There was a promotion going on. $0.60 each! Cheap & taste uber awesome max!

Too bad the grilled salmon with soy sauce sushi OOS. If not, there'll be more sushi-s for us to indulge in!

Though Itacho's chawanmushi is like twice the price of Sakae Sushi's. The quality is much muucchhhh better! Me had the crab roe chawanmushi. YUMS!

Spicy salmon sushi.

She thought the salmon raw one. Instead, it came cooked :x And, she was super full by then.

Prawn tempura sushi-s.

Grilled pork sushi, recommended by me :p That sums up our sumptious dinner! *BURPS*

Spinelli (Orchard Central) to chill, chit-chat! Oh, the couple beside us was super effing irritating max. The girl was ON TOP of the guy, doing whatever you can think of. Pls get a HOTEL ROOM for goodness sake! They're lucky they didn't get STOMP-ed. So many eyes watching. TSK.

The photo says all. We still had space for desserts though we were really full after dinner. Hmm.. xD

Tiramisu with no hint of alcohol at all. Taste pretty good though. Chocolatey :3

Strawberry cheesecake ??

Had lunch with gf, Miss Serene. Joe & Dough (Raffles Place) for yummy sandwiches & caffeine fix!

Had a pleasant surprise when our drinks were served. Sooo cuteee!! Cappuccino for her.

Cafe Mocha for me. Mine is ♥s!

Her Ham, Cheese & Sundried Tomatoes Sandwich. :d~

My Bacon Mushroom Melt Sandwich. If you haven't been there yet, make sure you do coz you'll be lovin' it as much I do!

Another day of lunch with her. This time, we had Claypot Chicken Rice. Disappointed coz the rice was sooo DRY! Not nice at all :/ Seriously hate the office lunch crowd. Well, I hate crowds in general. Very headache seeing so many many people all at once, squeezing here & there. Not to mention, choping of seats with tissue paper (common practice). =.=

Last but not least, dessert after work @ Ah Chew Desserts with my colleagues. Barley with gingko nuts, good for skin and taste super good!

They both ordered Mango Pomelo, the usual must-order for ladies.
