Method 1: Pour directly into mouth

1. Drink a mouthful of water

2. Pour the powder gradually into mouth. Drink water in between.

3. Repeat to finish the whole sachet

Method 2: Mix with water

1. Add one sachet to 150ml - 200ml water

2. Stir to dissolve the content

3. Drink immediately.

Basically, it is in powder form which dissolves instantly when mixed with water. I prefer Method 1, which I pour the powder directly into mouth and drinking water in between. More tasty this way. For the record, it has a citrusy taste which goes really well with me.

*Note: Remember to consume it on an empty stomach. No hot water pls.

It improves digestion and definitely aids in bowel movements without any laxative effect. I do my "big biz" almost every day and my stool doesn't stink much. That means my intestinal health is good! Woots!

There is no change in my weight so far. However, I can see my tummy is not as bloated as before. It also helps to enhance my current skincare routine - prevents breakouts and clarifies the skin.
