Review: SkinBiotics Even+ Whiter

"Thanks" to my current health condition (sick for almost a week!), I finally have the chance to update my blog with review(s), event write-ups etc. And so, today's post is about my review on SkinBiotics Even+ Whiter, a breakthrough oral skin lightening formula that helps lighten skin tone, reduce blemishes and increase antioxidant defense.

I find that the capsule is quite easy to swallow though it is not that small. Just drink plenty of water will do. Like most capsules, it does not have any weird taste (at least to me). I could not see any effect initially... until after the 7th day I think... then I can see some results. My skin looks a lil' clearer and brighter, more radiant than before. That somehow make my skin appear fairer... slightly.

To me, beauty equates to having fair skin. Naturally, I was really happy to see results within just a week. After 6 weeks, I noticed that those super irritating blemishes were kind of diminished. Well, I gotta say that SkinBiotics Even+ Whiter does work for me... so it most likely will work for you too! Never try, never know (:

SexyLook Rice Extract Micro Inject Mask

I leave it on for slightly past 15mins. As usual, I pat the skin gently after removing mask to enable the rich essence to be absorbed faster. In my opinion, the essence does feel slightly sticky initially. That being said, it absorbs into the skin easily and fast, leaving the skin feel adequately moisturized sans stickiness thereafter. 

Deep whitening skincare products usually cause my skin to feel irritated but this feels otherwise. Honestly speaking, I cannot feel that there is any firming effect after using this mask. Overall, I do enjoy using this mask because it is so soothing and hydrating. Go try the mask for yourself!

Trimton 2 速效瘦

I have been battling with weight issues since young. The word 'slim' never did appear in my dictionary somehow. And so, I always jump at the opportunity to try out new diet supplements... though I perfectly know that exercise is the way to go.

Anyway, I recently had the chance to try out out this diet pill called Trimton 2.

Before taking up the sponsorship, I did my research and found out that a few lucky ones lost a considerable amount of kilos by taking Trimton 2. Needless to say, I was in awe and wanted to try this out for myself... hoping to get the same results.

I read online that the Hydroxycitric Acid (HCA) extract from Garcinia Cambogia suppresses appetite by increasing serotonin levels. And, I really did find myself eating lesser than usual after taking the pill. The reading on the weighing scale remains the same but I did notice that my tummy look slightly less bloated than before. And so, I did notice a slight improvement in my complexion... looks brighter and more hydrated somehow. My makeup adheres better and stays longer too. I believe the results will be even better if I were to consume Tsubaki Collagen DX on a long term basis.

This Pomegranate mask for natural glow has a relatively light creamy, gel-like texture. There are some coral-colored bits, which I supposed are made up of pomegranate extract.

The coral-colored bits do not feel too harsh when applied onto the skin, coupled with some massaging. However, I do feel a slight tingly sensation on my skin when applying the mask. My skin is pretty sensitive to begin with.... maybe that explains why? Anyway, other than that, my skin does not react badly to the mask.

According to the instructions given, I apply a generous layer of mask evenly onto cleansed face avoiding the delicate eye area... all the way to the neck area. I leave it on for 10mins before rinsing off with water.

Since the mask layer is thick, it does take some time to rinse it off with warm water completely.

After mask-ing, my skin does look a lil' glowy and revitalized. And, my skin feels so much more hydrated, softer and more supple. I would say that Pomegranate mask for natural glow is an instant savior for revitalizing dull-looking skin. Needless to say, it will be a great idea to use it on the night before V-Day. Well, good skin day is every girl's dream... especially on such a special day!

Estetica ést.lab LumiWhite Brightening Facial Scrub

After a month of unannounced hiatus, I am back with a skincare review! There will be more to come... too many backlogs :x

Anyway, I received this tub of Estetica ést.lab LumiWhite Brightening Facial Scrub for review (via Cozycot) back in Nov.

According to Estetica, LumiWhite Brightening Facial Scrub gently exfoliates dead surface cells and impurities, to reveal a visibly smoother and fairer complexion. 

There is no direct contact with the facial scrub, since it comes in an airless pump jar (as shown in the above pic). This is indeed more hygienic, and also ensures that the product is kept sealed and fresh.

You just need to pump once... and voila!

This is how I've been using LumiWhite Brightening Facial Scrub for the past one month:

After cleansing with my usual facial foam, I pumped once and apply the facial scrub on damp skin. Then, I’ll massage my face gently in circular motion avoiding the sensitive eye area. Lastly, I’ll rinse thoroughly.

For maximum results, use twice a week (no more than that pls!). However, I only use once a week since my skin is pretty sensitive skin.

LumiWhite Brightening Facial Scrub has a creamy clay-like texture with tiny exfoliating bits. I find that it takes a bit more effort to rinse off thoroughly, as the consistency is slightly thick. Though my skin is sensitive, those tiny exfoliating bits do not feel too harsh when massaging the facial scrub on my skin. The key is to be gentle when massaging.

After exfoliating, my skin does not feel irritated, tight or dry. My complexion is noticeably clearer, brighter and smoother. And, skincare products get better absorbed into skin thereafter.
