The mask is made of lyocell fibers with 100% natural, biodegradable, and skin-affinitive cellulose. It feels sturdier than the common sheet masks (think MBD). It comes with eye AND lip flaps.

The cutting is pretty good, fits my face contours well. It also adheres well throughout the mask-ing session.

I remove the mask, after leaving on for 15mins. 

It definitely gives instant results, as shown on the "before" and "after" image above. The blemished skin on my forehead, looks less irritated, clearer and more hydrated. The fine lines are almost gone... but they 'return' the day after :,/

Overall, I really like the mask for its excellent soothing and hydrating benefits. The only thing I dislike, is the icky sticky feeling it leaves aftermath. Well... just need to rinse the face after mask-ing (:
