Black Tie, a gorgeous duochrome. It was love at first sight (at the Sally Hansen Diamond Strength Bloggers' Party)... BUT it's so hard to capture the duochrome in photos! At certain angle, it looks black... then it shifts to a pinkish purple/teal green. That depends on the lighting too.
It looks so much better in real life!

What I've on my nails is 2 coats of Black Tie over base coat. No top coat. The formula for this is slightly gloopy, as compared to Heart to Heart. The latter is easier to apply.
As you can tell from the photos, the finish is quite streaky. It's not that obvious from a distance though.
I like that the shimmers are subtle, not in your face kind.
I personally think this is a great base color for galaxy nails! Super nice ♥
