Luminys Silk can be used DRY [elegant and refined effect] or WET [intense and magnetic colour].
I swatch them dry, with no primer/base beneath. True enough, the texture is silky smooth, with good color payoff. The color selection is pretty limited, no fancy colors like blue, orange, yellow. As you can see, the eyeshadows has a soft pearly sheen. They contain very fine micro-shimmers, which are visible only upon closer scrutiny.
