My thoughts:
I prefer my Green Beauty, hot. It's like drinking green tea, with a hint of sweetness. Personally, I like to dilute it with more water as I don't really like the sweet taste. I tried drinking it cold once, to see if Green Beauty really dissolves fully in cold water. Yes, it does (no clumps at all)! Hmm... I know Meiji Collagen doesn't :X Despite that, I love Meiji Collagen ♥
It does aid in bowel movements but doesn't cause any nasty tummy ache or diarrhoea. So far so good. No side effects as yet. It does help to clear up my complexion. I notice that my skin is not as congested as before. And, no more breakouts! Fyi, I only take one sachet a day.
