Last month, I attended Keratinology Bloggers Event (held at Novus Restaurant & Bar).
Novus is a modern European fine dining restaurant, nestled within the newly refurbished portals of the historical National Museum.

A concoction of pineapple, orange and grenadine.
Assorted bread & butter.
Buffalo mozzarella & compressed watermelon.
Carrot & ginger cream soup with grilled tiger prawns. My favorite of all.
Red snapper with lemon risotto.
Lemon tarte with pistachio ice cream.
