Fight Acne with the NEW Eucerin DermoPURIFYER

I was sent the NEW Eucerin DermoPURIFYER products (Active Concentrate, Hydrating Care & Active Night Care) for review, in late October. I've used these for one month plus, and I'm all ready to give my say.

The NEW Eucerin DermoPURIFYER contains a combination of the active ingredients:- latic acid, L-carnitine, decandiol and licochalcone, to fight the 4 key factors (hyperkeratosis, seborrhea, microbial colonisation, inflammation) attributing to the formation of acne.

I like the idea of glass bottle, which makes it easy for me to see how much product is left. Besides, the glass is not the easily breakable kind (I dropped it twice!). And, don't you just love the pump dispenser? Very hygienic!

The refreshing serum is the enhancing care acne-prone skin. It absorbs quickly, gently dissolves cornified skin with lactic acid, improves the flow of sebum, regulates the skin’s functions, refines and clarifies the appearance of the skin. Together with the Eucerin DermoPURIFYER moisturizer, it gives a boosting effect to the fight all four factors of acne.

It has a strong scent which is uniquely Eucerin. The texture is light and is quite easily absorbed into the skin. Does feel slightly greasy on the skin (nothing serious btw).

I use 2 pumps for my whole face in the night, and 1 pump on affected area in the day. It isn't too rich for my skin. So far, my skin has no adverse reaction to it. And, it actually enhance the effect of the other 2 products.

Very simple and clinical kind of packaging.

The light, oil- and perfume-free cream gel regulates the disrupted skin functions, provides the skin with moisture and gives a fresh, relaxed skin feel. The cream gel effectively reduces skin blemishes and prevents the formation of new ones. The result: a finer and clearer skin complexion – after only 3 weeks.

This lightweight moisturizer is pretty hydrating. Doesn't leave my skin feeling matte; well moisturized with no sticky feeling. Though it is fragrance-free, it has a scent to it.

It works well with the Active Concentrate and doesn't cause any irritation to my skin. When using both products, my skin doesn't feel overwhelmed. I like the fact that it manage to soothe and calm angry skin very effectively.

This doubles as a really awesome makeup base. It helps my makeup to last long, from day to night. My makeup still looks pretty fresh at the end of the day with minimal blotting needed (twice at most). 2-in-1!

Fuss-free squeeze tube packaging.

The light night care with the innovative Follicle Active System provides a continual supply of lactic acid during the night and dissolves cornified skin, which promotes better flow of sebum. The refreshing cream activates the skin’s own regenerative capability.

It has the same uniquely Eucerin scent, a lil' lighter though. A light cream-gel consistency. It absorbs into the skin super fast, with a rather matte finish (which I didn't really expect). I was expecting it to be rich and creamy like that of typical night creams. Leaves my skin feeling a lil' tight. Not exactly uncomfortable. I quite enjoy the mattified feel.

Like the Hydrating Care, it works well with the Active Concentrate. Helps improve the skin condition during the night. It is always nice to wake up with clearer regenerated skin.

To sum it up...

Using this NEW Eucerin DermoPURIFYER range, has definitely cleared up my complexion. Prevents further breakouts as well. My skin feels smooth and mattified with regular use.
